In the only fish restaurant in Lucerne, we indulge our passion for fish and seafood from domestic and international waters. Every day our kitchen team fillets whole fish at the table for diners, who can then choose from various side orders and sauces. All dishes are based on selected olive oils. Needless to say, non-fish and vegetarian dishes are also served in the outstandingly modern surroundings of the restaurant «Marlin» and on the PALACE lakeside terrace. The culinary menu is complemented by an extensive wine list of selected vintages from Switzerland and around the world, which are also sold by the glass. The «Marlin» restaurant welcomes diners from 12 hrs to 14 hrs and from 18 hrs to 22.15 hrs every day.
